As commissioned by Louis Vuitton, I created an installation to wrap and reveal the exterior of Kowloon’s Museum with light phenomenoms. Designed to bring a new breath to the heart of Hong Kong, I used the elements that embody it – condensation, wind, sunlight, containers, reflection over the water – to enlighten what is hidden by a hectic urban life. Therefore, in order to create a new landmark for nightlife, my goal was to bring the dense urban time to a human rhythm.

« With this installation, time, a true luxury, seems to hold its breath when in close touch with a feverish and compact urban environment.
Light becomes a concrete material :
Diffracted by the cubes, it moves and oscillates according to the movement of the wind ;
Diffused through a hazy cloud, it evolves, without structure, into three dimensions ;
Excited by stormy flashes, it breaks up… »
